In light of the blatantly illegal attacks on civilians and US cities by the federal government, I’m asking you to oppose H.R.7114 immediately. Honestly, how dare NC Rep. Moore introduce a bill on the floor that protects ICE officers before it even attempts to address the unprecedented violence and corruption the federal government is wielding against its citizens. Before your colleagues do anything else, it better be acting to protect the American people and your constituents from the nightmare administration you all voted into power right now. If the very next thing you do in isn’t “impeach and investigate” ICE, DHS, the FBI, and the DOJ for obstructing justice (or DJT himself), you are grossly underestimating how thoroughly angry we are at your ineptitude, inaction, or in many cases, collusion, that led us to this point. You can either help us bring these lawless criminals in power to justice, or join them. Do your job. Protect your constituents now.
