Uphold the Lower Courts Rulings & Protect Our Elections From Trump's Meddling.
To: Justices Court
From: A verified voter in North Augusta, SC
July 28
Today the Trump administration asked you, the Supreme Court, to clear the way for an executive order from President Donald Trump that could dramatically change mail-in voting ahead of November’s midterm elections.
The Justice Department asked you, the Supreme Court Justices, to halt for now lower court decisions blocking the sweeping changes in nearly half the country.
Trump wants the government to create a “state citizenship list” of eligible voters and deliver mail ballots only to people on that list.
So far, 23 states and the District of Columbia sued, saying the Constitution gives states and Congress the authority to set election rules, not the president.
Please uphold the lower courts ruling and block this attempt to undermine our free and fair elections!
Trump is desperate to sway our elections in his favor and isn't even being subtle about it.
Refuse to compromise our elections at his behest.
