It is time you stand up to Donald Trump. He must be removed from office before our republic is destroyed. You took an oath to defend the Constitution, and you have done nothing but stand by and watch it be tread upon. Republicans love the Gadsden flag -Don’t Tread on Me. What a joke you are wobbling in your defense of the greatest threat this country has ever faced. Find your spine. Get to work. Do what you were elected to do. Those of us in small counties have a lot of power when it comes to supporting primary candidates. The tide in Alleghany County is turning. I will do everything in my power to make sure you are trounced in the next election if I don’t see the tide turning with you as well.
