INDEPENDENT VOTER They say the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. TRUMP IS INSANE and about to make the same mistake again. We cannot bomb Iran into submission. Didn’t work in Vietnam and won’t work in Iran. We are a great military power but we MUST learn the humility there are limits to our power. CONGRESS MUST TAKE CONTROL OF THE WAR! Do not send any more diplomats to Iran. Send them to our European allies. Congress must accept our initial approach in the war with Iran has failed. It is time to reset our approach. Negotiating a coalition of the willing with our allies will strike fear into Iran. They will not survive long term war against the world vs. the US. Both economic and military pressure. A coalition with our allies will signal a long term commit to Iran and bring more rational thinkers into the equation. Iran will no longer negotiate with the US but they will with our allies. Urge the President to resist further military only solutions and focus on diplomacy with our allies to build a coalition. This will also pressure Israel to work towards a peace.
