Hold my federal taxes in a washington state federal tax escrow account

I am very concerned about paying my federal taxes this year, as I do not want to pay for more war, and illegal war, at that. I understand it is possible to set up a Washington state federal tax escrow account, so that Washington state could hold my tax money and only disburse it if the ”other Washington” can prove it would be used legally/constitutionally. We have very good reason to set this up at this point in time, and I am very much in favor of doing so. Please promote and pass a bill in order to keep our tax money here safely until it can “do no harm” (or at least less harm) sending it to Washington DC. Thanks for all you do!
