It is important for our Representatives (including Senators) to be seen being confronted by hard questions both from the press and from their Constituents. However, apparently Rep Harrigan, Senator Tillis and Senator Budd do not think they should face their constituents and answer questions on Costs, Chaos and Corruption in Washington. They apparently do not think they need to take time during recesses and speak directly to Republicans, Democrats and Independents. I went to the Representative’s office hours 6 or more months ago and still am waiting for an answer. The Senators have form letters on this issue or that, but they don’t attempt to answer questions. Here is a question: what are each of you going to do about the war that is spending our blood and treasure, raising prices on consumers, drivers, farmers and truckers? I will make a bet right now. I won’t get an actual answer from any of you three. Not even “I like getting our troops and allies killed and raising gas and food prices.” Prove me wrong. Speak to me like a person. Give me your rationale first doing nothing or tell me what you will do.
