Based or the idea of Medicare for All. But my aversion would be comprehensive and complete. Including part a, B, D and G. It’s absurd to allow insurance companies to be the gatekeepers for the medical system. To the extent possible we should take them totally out of the business. In return for extracting economic rents, they provide inefficiencies, complexity, and arbitrary, capricious and often times cruel administration.
