States-Stop the Deliberate Dismantling of Medicaid, Vaccines, and Food Safety Block every attempt to cut Medicaid, undermine vaccine access, and defund food safety oversight. These are not budget decisions — they are policy choices that will kill people, and the evidence is already in front of you. RFK Jr. is spreading vaccine disinformation from inside the federal government. Medicaid cuts are being pushed through Congress. Food inspection resources are being stripped. These things are connected. When you systematically remove the systems that keep people alive, the people who die are not an accident — they are the predictable result. The maternal mortality crisis in this country, hitting Black women hardest, is what happens when these protections erode. This is a culling. The people engineering these cuts know exactly what they are doing. Use every procedural tool available to block Medicaid reductions, demand RFK Jr.'s removal, and fight any legislation that weakens food safety enforcement. Create new food and drug regulations for our state. Ensure everyone has access to vaccines and are properly educated based on science, and not maga fantasy. Restore snap benefits and proper food access for children. Your constituents are not abstractions. We are watching, and we will remember who stood between us and this.
