Does WA state have the funds to cover the difference needed to pay for current special education program budgets, when Trump fucks us and blows up the department of education? Special needs kids can’t have pauses, changes or god forbid elimination of inclusive classrooms with 4:1 maximum parapros. My son flourished and became the best he can be because of public special education programs. My heart breaks thinking that there are younger versions of me out there with young disabled kids, worried about bullying or possible regression in gen-ed classes. This is cruel. Can the state save us?
