NO taxpayer funding for Trump’s ballroom! He said he already has the funds from private investors (and isn't that illegal?), so why does he need our taxes? Enough is enough. According to a recent web search, "Donald Trump added approximately $7.8 trillion to the national debt during his four years in office. This increase represents a higher rate of debt accumulation compared to previous presidents, making him the record holder for debt added per year served." For this, he wins! It appears that he is indeed 'a winner' and has created 'so much winning' for himself and his cronies. He 'wins' at destroying: our economy, sacred institutions, environmental agencies, vital social services, public education, the lives of innocent children, and law-abiding citizens. Given the current state of affairs, it stands to reason that there will be so much more 'winning'/destruction to come - if Congress doesn't do something to stop him and his sycophant cabinet. If Congress doesn't act accordingly, he'll 'win' at ultimately destroying our democracy. Status quo has got to go. Democrats cannot rely on status quo tactics anymore. Complacency is what got our nation in the current predicament. The Democratic National Committee needs to act. Actions speak louder than words. The DNC needs to dramatically improve their voter registration drive. It's a good start, but not enough. Quite frankly, it should have been a priority decades ago. Again, complacency and status quo got us into this mess as a nation. Awareness of the 'Controlled Opposition' actions or inaction of many Democrat legislators is increasing. As my Representative, I expect more solidarity and action to stop the current destruction of our country, the dismantling of our Constitution, and the crimes against humanity being inflicted on the innocent and law abiding populace. NO taxpayer funding for Trump’s ballroom! He is not 'draining the swamp'. He's draining our coffers!
