Proposed legislation HB 1132, HB 1152, and HB 1163 impose undue restrictions on the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens in Washington state. Limiting firearm purchases to one per month and arbitrarily restricting ammunition sales infringes upon the constitutional right to keep and bear arms. Furthermore, the threat of license revocation for firearms dealers who violate these rules is an overreach of government power. As constituents, we urge you to reject these bills that undermine our fundamental freedoms and protect the ability of responsible gun owners to exercise their rights without unreasonable constraints.
