I understand that Rep. Harriet Hageman introduced a bill, H.R. 8330, which would bar retroactive climate liability lawsuits and throw out legal challenges already taking place. No way! Oil and gas companies have known what their products would do to our climate for 30 years at least. They lied about it and the costs to humanity are incalculable. They should pay. Ask the Congressmember to vote no, please. Thanks.
