It’s really terrible that the Senate is about to pass a deal that doesn’t extend the ACA premium tax credits. How dare they? We literally cannot afford our health insurance without these subsidies. The fact that Congress has thrown so many of us under the bus is inexcusable. And let me be clear, while I am furious at the members of my own party who caved in this deal, I will never, ever forget that it is Republicans who were willing to let 42 million people starve in order to win this fight—all so they could take away our healthcare. The Senator has betrayed their constituents.
