Whatever it is you guys are doing with the Nexrad microwave transmissions severely affects my father. Won't sleep, super agitated and aggressive. Seems to coincide with whatever it is you inject into the atmosphere. If your Geoengineering affects a dementia sufferer this badly and consistently it can't be innocuous. The date is Oct 26, 2025 and the location is Virginia Beach. Putting this in the permanent government record.
