Please note. The citizens of New Jersey are far more saavy than their legislative law makers. We are people. Working people and we are Solidarity. As the executive branch transits to a new Executive Officer New Jersey voters continue to look for leadership in government NOT DEALS! As a New Jersey native, an example of civility and civics to my family and community it has always been my honor and obligation to stay involved and committed to democracy, its principles and its arc towards righteousness. This means equity and justice for all. The office of Comptroller will probably withstand this latest unjust maneuver by a lame duck registration. As it should! My earnest request for Governor Elect Sherrill is to appoint Matt Platkin onto a team that serves the people of New Jersey and not the oligarchs that fund the political party hacks. You may prefer him not to continue as State Attorney General (although I would) but please don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater. Place has valuable acuity of justice, equity and organizational leadership where it matters. Matt Platkin for Comptroller and the leader as State Auditor. We the people are watching.
