The actions of Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and the others installed by the current administration are a danger to the American people, the American economy, and America's standing as a respected world power with a democratic government. The fact that an unelected foreign operative has been given basically unrestricted access to sensitive information of millions of Americans would be grounds for treason in a prior age. The slashing of grants and benefits will lead to the loss of healthcare and livelihoods for millions, impacting the economy as households lose what little buying power they have left. This is an administration that outright said we "won't have to worry" about voting in the future. They have told us their plans. They have shown us who they are. If Congress is to continue to exist, we need you to do your jobs and protect us and our livelihoods now.
