18-year term limit & enforceable ethics code for SCOTUS now! According to the Brennan Center article, "Term Limits for Supreme Court Justices Make Sense," by Diane P. Wood, August 19, 2024... "Term limits are good policy and can be implemented by statute.' It's my understanding, "The 18-year term limit for Supreme Court justices is proposed to ensure regular turnover and reduce the influence of any single justice on the court, promoting a more dynamic and representative judiciary." Also, establish ethics codes with logical and reasonable consequences. SCOTUS should not be above the law. Initiate, co-sponsor, and publicly support an 18-year term limit & enforceable ethics code for SCOTUS now!
