Stop HR1526

To: Rep. McClain Delaney, Sen. Van Hollen, Sen. Alsobrooks

From: A constituent in Hagerstown, MD

April 17

I’m writing as a deeply concerned constituent to urge you to speak out forcefully and do everything in your power to stop H.R. 1526, the so-called No Rogue Rulings Act. While I trust you would never support this legislation, a simple “no” vote isn’t enough. This bill is a clear attempt to weaken the judiciary’s ability to act as a check on executive overreach. Limiting nationwide injunctions doesn’t just change legal procedure—it strips vulnerable communities of meaningful protection and forces people to individually challenge harmful policies that affect all of us. I’m asking you to be loud, persistent, and unrelenting in working to ensure this bill is blocked in the Senate. Speak publicly. Rally your colleagues. Call out the intent behind this legislation for what it is: a power grab designed to erode judicial independence and chip away at democratic safeguards. We need you to not only stand against it—but to help stop it. Thank you for your continued leadership. Write
