I want you to oppose Medicare’s new AI prior authorization pilot, known as WISeR. Medicare shouldn’t adopt insurance-style denials that delay or block care for seniors. Care must be determined by the patient and THEIR doctor, who knows the specifics of the situation. Humans at insurance companies are bad enough at understanding nuance. Computers will be even worse. Do not allow this to happen.
