Congress could stop Trump's manic and illegal tariffs TODAY. Only Congress can put tariffs on other countries. Meanwhile the rest of the world is making free trade agreements, as countries tend to do. Trump, however, is illegally placing tariffs on countries whose leaders say something he doesn't like.
