I am your constituent from Vancouver, Washington. I voted for you. Your colleague Rep. Tom Suozzi issued a public statement saying "I failed" and "I hear the anger from my constituents, and I take responsibility for that." He apologized for his vote to fund ICE. Where is yours? You voted to give ICE $10 billion after Renee Nicole Good was executed. Two days later, Alex Pretti was executed by ICE. You called for Noem to step down, but you have expressed zero remorse for the vote that enabled these deaths. Calling for Noem's resignation while defending your vote is cowardice. You funded the agency. You are complicit. Rep. Suozzi listened to his constituents. Will you? I demand: A public statement taking responsibility for your vote A commitment to vote against any DHS funding by January 30th A commitment to completely defund ICE I am watching. Your constituents are watching. And we will remember in 2026.
