America and It’s Impending Doom
To: Rep. Watson Coleman
From: A constituent in North Plainfield, NJ
May 10
Good evening. I am sending this message as I feel that our current president is a threat to our democracy. Even more so than when he took his first term eight years ago. He appointed individuals of various backgrounds, problematic and dangerous, into his cabinet. Dismantling important institutions in our federal government, including many layoffs in the HHS branches. Our president sees the American people as nothing more than a dollar sign. Another business that is bound to fail time and time again like his gambling ventures. And he had all the big tech CEOs lined up within his vicinity. He wants a country for billionaires by billionaires, and never for the lower classes. It unfortunately doesn’t stop there. His denial to allow unfairly ejected citizens back into the country is unconstitutional. And the sweeping arrests made by individuals belonging to ICE is horrific, likewise with the recent arrest of Newark mayor Ras Baraka. Going into this coming week, I urge you and all in the House of Representatives to make the right decision. And that would be to consider a third impeachment. Else we face a darker future than what we are witnessing right now. Where tanks will be roaming the streets and freedom of the people around us will cease to exist. Unifying together, regardless of what you stand by, to stand against a dictatorship is the strongest course of action the House must take. I hope you take mine and the words of millions to your consideration.
