Please oppose the appointment of Dr Oz to oversee Medicaid and Medicare.  Someone who has had to appear before Congress to answer questions about his false science claims, been denounced by his Columbia Medical School colleagues for not understanding science and promoting quack cures, and who has publicly stated that health care is not a human right is not qualified to lead the agency that 168 million people depend on for their health care.
