The state auditor submitted their report on State of California telework policy today. As a state employee, I was shocked but not at all surprised that the state would save hundreds of millions by keeping state workers on a flexible telework policy 3+ days per week - indefinitely. I was also disappointed in my representatives to state government, as the audit stipulated that the state legislature is the party with the power to dictate that state workers be allowed to continue a flexible telework schedule. Please join me in saving the state millions! Make plans to make telework permanent.
