I want you to oppose S. 5653, the Bipartisan American Affordability and Jobs Act, in its current form. I specifically ask that the Senator push to remove or amend the rollback of Section 106 historic preservation review and Tribal consultation, taxpayer-funded payouts to developers, and giveaways of public lands to mining and drilling companies. Grid reform shouldn’t come at the cost of our public lands, clean water, and communities’ right to be heard. Thank you.
