Please have LAPD stop unmarked vehicles and masked vigilantes, and shadow ICE

To: Mayor Bass

From: A constituent in North Hollywood, CA

July 3, 2025

I want to echo the suggestion of L.A. Taco’s Memo Torres that the Mayor order LAPD to: “A) stop unmarked vehicles and masked vigilantes to identify them. B) follow agents and document and report every civil, constitutional, and human rights violation.” Please exhaust all avenues of reducing ICE terror and misuse of the National Guard and Marines.
