On January 7, 2026, a 37-year-old mother of one, Reneé Good, was killed by Immigration & Customs Enforcement agents in a situation many find hard to jus tify. In addition, Attorney General Kristi Noem, who oversees Immigration and Customs Enforcement, labeled Ms. Good as a domestic terrorist, accusing Goo d the enforcement officers, even though recorded footage clearly showed otherwise. Representative Robin Kelly (D-IL) plans to offer three articles of impeachment against Attorney General Noem in connection with the death of Ms Good and for trial. pport any House investigations in connection with this incident, to support a vote on these articles, and to vote to advance those articles to the Senate statements made about her in the aftermath of the incident by Ms. Noem. I am writing to urge you to support these articles of impeachment, to hold and su le. I am urging you to stand up for Ms. Good and every single human being, citizen or otherwise, who has been terrorized by these rogue enforcement offic ts that the agency has been involved in over the past year. It is time that the Congress stand up to this cruelty in the most demonstrative manner possib ers.
