I come to you with an earnest request that we rescind our lawsuit against Section 504. I have never lived in any other state but Indiana, and I have always been proud. Hoosiers supporting Hoosiers is what keeps me here. The idea that our state would want to remove protections for the vulnerable Hoosiers who need it most is heartbreaking and mind-boggling. I am urging you, as a loyal constituent, to consider the needs of every Hoosier. Continue protecting and providing for those who need accommodations to successfully live in the society we have written into existence. I humbly request your immediate reversal on the decision of this lawsuit against Section 504.
