I am writing today to urge you to sign the Recycling Reform Act (SB 5284: Improving Washington's solid waste management outcomes). Please do not veto any parts of this bill. The state’s recycling system has not kept pace with the avalanche of packaging. This important bill will decrease unnecessary packaging, improve our recycling system, and reduce costs for local governments and residents across the state.
