Prepare for Marshall Law! Even though our Constitution dictates that STATES are responsible for elections, there are members of the Trump Administration who have talked openly about the possibility of declaring Marshall Law if they are unhappy about potential election results. The President, according to the Constitution, has no authority over elections. Yet there is ample evidence that he will do everything in his power to interfere with THIS election just like he did with other elections in the past. His most obvious attempt was the 2020 election evidenced by a physical attack on the US Capital on January 6, 2021 resulting in multiple deaths, multiple criminal convictions, and subsequently multiple blanket pardons. At this time, Trump holds no personal accountability for his actions and is prone to act with impunity again--perhaps with even worse consequences on American citizens. Likewise, there is significant evidence that Trump and his followers took advantage of technical and financial interference from Elon Musk during the 2024 election as evidenced by a fraud case Musk just settled, public admission by both Musk AND Trump--quite obviously dismissed by corporate media-- a NSA whistleblower account the Democratic Party has essentially ignored AND substantial evidence--also ignored--by SMART Elections and Election Truth Alliance as well as reputable cyber security experts, simultaneously ignored as well. Then there is the illegal Iran War which Trump has claimed over sixty times that "we have already won" even though the evidence leans heavily to the contrary. Strangely, Trump mused outloud months ago in a disastrous White House Press Interview with Zalenskyy--whom he has now unlawfully betrayed--that maybe an National Emergency could postpone the election indefinitely. In addition, he has conditioned American people to tolerate the use of military force against Americans on American soil and has used ICE agents consistently to erode our Constitutional rights to the point that we now EXPECT to be harassed, abducted, detained, and potentially disappeared without due process by Federal gangsters pretending to be appropriately trained soldier. And NOW there are statements from Trump himself and additional "FBI"warnings about potential California drone attacks coming from "Iran" making it likely that this administration would create a "false flag" to justify anything illegal right now to control the Trump narrative that he is somehow a "valid" leader. Based on ALL of these concerns, please clarify and explain what you plan to do if this corrupt administration attempts to declare Martial Law against American citizens. How do you plan to protect our state from unnecessary and unconstitutional Federal overreach by forcing our young soldiers to defy their oaths to please a tyrant? I except to hear from you with a proactive plan.
