Demand Full Release of Epstein Files — Transparency, Justice, Accountability
To: Rep. Edwards, Sen. Budd, Sen. Tillis
From: A constituent in Waynesville, NC
September 3
I’m a working parent and creative professional in rural Western North Carolina. We believe in integrity, not secrecy. The fight for justice in the Epstein case is far from over—and Congress must act decisively.
Right now, survivors and bipartisan lawmakers—Reps. Thomas Massie (R‑KY) and Ro Khanna (D‑CA)—are pushing the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which would force the Department of Justice to release all unclassified files related to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell within 30 days . A discharge petition to compel a House vote needs just two more Republican signatures .
Despite over 33,000 pages recently released by the House Oversight Committee—including surveillance footage from the night Epstein died—less than 1% of the relevant files have been made public . Speaker Mike Johnson says the committee’s work will continue—but survivors insist that piecemeal disclosure is not enough .
This isn’t political theater. It’s years-long trauma, silenced voices, and a system built to protect powerful abusers. Survivors who spoke publicly for the first time on Capitol Hill called this their moment for accountability—and warned that this push may be one of their last chances .
Our ask is simple and urgent:
BIPARTISANLY SUPPORT: Add your name to the Epstein Files Transparency Act and sign the discharge petition.
DEMAND FULL ACCOUNTABILITY: Force a full, unredacted release of documents—including flight logs, jail footage, emails, and investigation files.
PROTECT SURVIVORS: Enable healing and truth. Justice means transparency—not closed-door turning of keys.
Every day that goes by without full disclosure is another day survivors are denied voice, closure, and justice. We won't stop. We’re watching.
