Today, for the first time since Helene, I began getting refunds and "weather exception" notices for orders we have placed. My husband and I are 70, our two pets are 15, we are all frail, we cannot drive hither and yon and drag things to the car and home to live. If you can do anything to help packages keep coming, it would be a lifesaver. Our USPS has been getting them to us, as have Fed Ex and UPS, the hangup appears to be in the directions given to the senders, fwiw. Thanks for your good work helping the region in these horrific times.
