Stop cutting off Ukraine's access to military intelligence and technology while cutting deals with Vladimir Putin. Finland's prime minister, a NATO ally, put it plainly: there is "no logic" to these moves. He's right. Russia is the single greatest threat to NATO, and the United States is now acting like that isn't true.
NATO allies are watching in disbelief. Limiting Kyiv's ability to counter Russian attacks while announcing a diesel deal with Putin doesn't weaken our enemies. It weakens us. Every concession to Moscow signals to the world that American commitments are negotiable under pressure.
Ukraine's allies are our allies. Abandoning them to appease the country NATO was built to deter is a strategic mistake with consequences that will outlast any short-term deal. Stand with Ukraine and against Putin.
