The Legislature decides Spending. Not the President. When will you stand up FOR the Constitution. When will you stand up FOR your oath of Office? Complacency IS complicity. It's a simple ask. Do your job. You actions make it appear you're a willing participant in the unfolding Constitutional Crisis. So: Say 'NO!' To President Trumps freeze of assistance for Ukraine. It is not his place!
