Cyclops + unified system + federal funding: To: The Supreme Court of the United States and the President of the United States From: Melissa Hashash, Prosperity, S.C. Date: October 15, 2026 Re: Petition for Equal Protection, Federally Funded National Security, and Project Cyclops We the People ask that every American family receive the same Washington, D.C.-level protection. I respectfully propose: Equal Protection for All Americans One nation-wide standard of safety, where America is held accountable for protecting Americans. One Unified, security system that we the people can opt into . This is federally-secured,federally-backed, and federally-funded system that would utilize advanced technology — giving NASA, our military government Air Force and Starlink satellite’s technology, missions communications —to hold my real-time data and protection this is called Project Cyclops — Voluntary Personal Protection As part of this system, I ask for tech team explore a program I call Cyclops — a voluntary, consent-based personal security device a person could choose to have. The concept is like a personal version of the security cameras used in stores — a small, tamper-resistant camera with advanced identification features like fingerprint and infrared recognition, so it cannot be easily blocked by tape or paint and would already have a record of anyone approaching the person. If the person opts in, it would connect securely to the federal homeland security system for evidence and protection in court. The goal is one beautiful, fully-integrated system — real-time crime watch towers in and out, above and below and beyond, as far as we can see — where a person’s body has the holds same option for protection as their house/home, and where every family gets the same level of security if I choose to track my child with this device’s capabilities I am willing to be the first to volunteer for any pilot program or discussion. Respectfully submitted, Melissa Hashash Prosperity, S.C phone number 803-629-0726
