First, what is the Senator doing about Trump’s refusal to comply with the Supreme Court? This is a Constitutional crisis. The Senator has taken an oath to protect and uphold the Constitution; I want to know what he’ll do to push the president to comply. Please respond with concrete steps. Second, I want to make absolutely sure the Senator is going to change position on the SAVE Act. Will he vote against it? This is going to hurt more Idahoans and keep more of your constituents from voting. There are already laws in place to keep illegals from voting so this isn’t needed. It will massively impact your constituents - mostly women who can not afford to take time off work to get documents or who don’t have a matching ID/birth cert because they are married. It cannot pass.
