The House Ethics Committee has obtained records showing former Congressman Matt Gaetz paid over $10,000 to two women who testified that some of those payments were for sex acts between July 2017 and January 2019. These concerning revelations from the committee's investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct against Gaetz warrant full transparency. The release of the complete ethics report is crucial to upholding accountability and restoring public trust in our democratic institutions. Attempting to conceal such grave findings would only further erode faith in the integrity of Congress. For the sake of openness and to properly address this matter, I urge the release of the Gaetz ethics investigation report in its entirety.
