You voted for the war powers resolution. You've been in the classified briefings. You know what's happening.
Tonight the President has threatened to destroy every power plant and bridge in Iran. Legal experts including a former Army JAG lawyer are unambiguous: threatening all civilian infrastructure is not a targeting decision, it is stated intent to commit war crimes. This has moved beyond the constitutional question you've already answered.
Two asks for today:
Issue a public statement by name before tonight's 8 p.m. deadline invoking the Geneva Conventions specifically. The war powers framing is no longer sufficient. Name the crime.
Coordinate publicly with House colleagues demanding Speaker Johnson recall Congress immediately.
Nevada is watching. So is history.
