I wanted to remind each of you of that one time in 2017 when Susan Collins conceded her vote on the the Bipartisan Health Care Stabilization Act of 2017 (aka the Alexander-Murray bill) in exchange for a promise to bring it up to vote later on. That vote never happened. Republican leadership never followed through on their “promise.” Why are you willing to risk that happening again? (How does that saying go?? Fool me once… fool me twice… )
