There is blood on your hands in the land of the free

To: Sen. Kim, Rep. Kean, Sen. Booker

The department of justice finally admits to some wrongdoing and all I see from you are shrugged shoulders. An ICE memo stating that ICE agents had the right to attend court hearings to arrest targeted individuals was never meant to include immigration courts. People being detained while lawfully attending their immigration hearings were not supposed to be targeted, and all we get is an “oops, my bad?.” This is on all of you. Inaction like this cannot be corrected. Some of these lawful persons were already deported to situations that are potentially dangerous. And why? Because someone misread a memo? What are you personally going to do to right this wrong? There is blood on your hands in the land of the free.
