I strongly support the proposed mid decade redistricting plan presented by Governor Wes Moore and Delegate C.T. Wilson to strengthen Maryland’s congressional representation ahead of the 2026 elections. The effort to ensure fair population balance, uphold racial equity, and counter extreme partisan maps in other states is both necessary and responsible. Maryland has an opportunity to protect democratic values and ensure our delegation reflects the will of its voters. I appreciate the public hearings and commitment to voter approval.
