Something to reconsider re Jury Duty over 72

ng. I have an aging-related condition that requires me to take sleeping pills at night and if I don't get enough sleep. I can't get up at 6 a.m . to be a I am 76 and went to jury duty today. I am partially disabled because I cannot walk very well due to bad back and I cannot sit in those hard seats for lo t jury duty by 8.
I had to cancel last time.I had jury duty because of illness, and you can only cancel once. I guess they would put me in jail if I had not gone today. So today I saw this woman in her late seventies, and she was practically crying because she was so ill sitting there with her cane and her bad back or wh atever. I felt very sorry for her having to endure that.And she was selected for the jury. I believe you made a mistake vetoing that bill about waiving jury duty for people over 72. ey cannot sit, for whatever reason, rather than giving them the dignity and respect to have the self-detemination to decide when they should no longer re 41 other states already have jury age waivers, the majority less than the age of 72, which we had in the bill. And best part? Colorado has constitution port? ally mandated that judges must retire at the age of 72. Yet we are going to require people over that age to show up and have to convince someone that th PLEASE RECONSIDER.
