To the Justices of the United States Supreme Court Get Off the Bench — The Constitution Is Under Siege To the Justices of the United States Supreme Court: You swore an oath to uphold the Constitution. So where are you? A sitting president has federalized the National Guard under Title 10 without state consent, deployed them in Los Angeles without invoking the Insurrection Act, and is now using military force to crush peaceful protests and target immigrant communities under the guise of public safety. This is not constitutional governance — it is martial law without the name. Governor Newsom has formally declared the deployment illegal. Mayor Bass has condemned it as a provocation. Journalists have been tear-gassed, shoved, and shot. Protesters exercising their First Amendment rights have been met with military-grade weapons. Flash-bangs were thrown into debris just before a car caught fire — evidence points to law enforcement, not protesters. And this all comes as Trump invokes the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to justify the largest mass deportation campaign in U.S. history. He is actively weaponizing ICE, DHS, and the military to punish sanctuary cities and suppress dissent. This is a blatant abuse of power and a violation of states’ rights, press freedom, due process, and equal protection — all under your jurisdiction. If this is not worthy of immediate judicial intervention, what is? Get off your bench. Get off your ass. And do your damn job. If you allow this to stand, you are complicit in the collapse of our constitutional republic. History is watching — and so are we.
