Please support Senate Bill 1276 and Senate Bill 005 and sign them into law! I am delighted the Colorado legislature has passed 2 significant pro-immigrant bills this session: SB26-1276, which gives the state the power to inspect facilities where immigrants are held, and SB26-005, which gives persons whose constitutional rights have been violated during immigration enforcement actions the right to sue those who violated their rights. I have been told both bills are still sitting on your on desk awaiting your signature. I am your constituent; a person of faith who is a leader of the Mile High District leadership team of United Women in Faith (formerly United Methodist Women) and an active member of Metropolitan Community Church of the Rockies.
