Vote no on Todd Blanche's nomination as attorney general. Blanche spent years as Donald Trump's personal defense attorney, and that relationship makes him fundamentally unfit to lead a Justice Department that must operate independently of the president. Confirming him would hand the nation's top law enforcement post to someone whose loyalty has already been demonstrated — and it isn't to the public. The unresolved questions around the Justice Department's handling of Epstein-related records make this worse. Blanche has declined to commit to transparency on that front, and Alaskans deserve an attorney general who will pursue accountability rather than bury it. With Sen. Graham gone and Sen.
