STOP Illegal Surveillance & Block Trump’s Executive Order Now Message: I’m demanding immediate action to stop the autism data platform announced by HHS Sec. RFK Jr. on May 7, 2025, and to block Trump’s May 5 Executive Order on biological research. Together, these actions violate federal law, endanger public safety, and weaponize science for political control. RFK Jr.’s initiative builds an autism surveillance platform using Medicare/Medicaid data and biometric info from wearables—without consent. This is a flagrant violation of: • HIPAA (privacy protections) • CMS data regulations • The ADA (targeting disabled people) • The Civil Rights Act • Constitutional protections against profiling & surveillance Trump’s Executive Order expands executive power over science, blacklists researchers, and threatens free inquiry. It enables surveillance, data seizure, and retribution disguised as “biosecurity.” David Geier—a fraud fined for impersonating a doctor—is leading this project. He and his father pushed chemical castration as an autism cure. That man now controls federally funded health research? I urge you to: 1. Block all funding for this program. 2. Introduce legislation protecting science from political abuse. 3. Repeal or defund the May 5 Executive Order. 4. Hold public hearings on these escalating threats. This is not health policy. It’s authoritarian overreach. Do your job. Protect the people.
