Stop The Post Office Election Interference!
To: Justices Court
From: A constituent in Albuquerque, NM
September 4
Stop the US Postal Service from enforcing new rules devised by the Trump administration for mail-ballots now, before the November midterm elections, and forever.
The efforts of the Trump administration is to sow doubts in the uninformed voter public about the reliability of the states to hold free and fair election which the Constitution makes clear is the responsibility of the states.
Article 1, section 4, clause 1 of the US Constitution is known as the Elections Clause and it states that “ Times, Places and Manner“ is granted to each state legislature for holding elections for Senators and Representatives and only Congress has the authority to make or alter such regulations.
The Election Clause ensures a balance of power between state and federal governance.
The People demand SCOTUS examine each of the numerous studies that have shown an extremely low incidents of illegal voting in US elections.
