Order hand recount to uphold election integrity and public trust.
To: Gov. Cooper
From: A constituent in Morganton, NC
November 24
The data presented by cyber-security experts raises troubling concerns about potential election hacking that demand a full and transparent investigation. The anomalous spike in bullet ballots for Trump in key swing states, coupled with the fact that voting machine software was compromised years ago, cannot be ignored. Clearly, there are enough red flags to warrant an immediate hand recount of paper ballots in critical precincts across the swing states. A hand recount would definitively prove or disprove whether illegitimate votes were injected into the system and potentially altered the outcome. Our democracy hinges on free, fair and secure elections. Given the gravity of these allegations, it is imperative that state leaders take swift action to validate the integrity of the vote and uphold public trust in our electoral process. A failure to order a hand recount in light of this evidence would be an abdication of responsibility and a disservice to all Americans who participated in this election. The legitimacy of the presidency is at stake - a hand recount must happen now.
