President Trump’s unhinged message to Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre of Norway causes concern on so many levels. He is obsessed with the Nobel Peace Prize, feeling he deserves it “for having stopped 8 Wars”. He did not stop 8 wars. The country of Norway is not responsible for issuing the Nobel Peace Prize. That is the function of the Norwegian Nobel Committee. Trump’s message is filled with falsehoods, such as “There are no written documents” and “I have done more for NATO than any other person since its founding” To think that he thinks it is a good idea to take another NATO country’s land is insane. He does not understand the ramifications of such an action. This behavior, well as many others, indicate he is not of right mind, and does not have the long term interests of the USA and the world in mind. It should trigger a bipartisan congressional inquiry into presidential fitness. Please act accordingly before irreversible damage is done, to our nation and the world.
