I'm writing to urge you to filibuster the upcoming Homeland Security appropriations bill unless there are significant changes to how ICE operates. I am sick of watching law abiding citizens and non-citizens being arrested at their jobs, assaulted at peaceful protests, pulled out of their vehicles, a nd getting shot and killed. Congress needs to step up and use the power of the Constitution to reign in ICE immediately.
